Recruiting
One of the biggest jobs is recruiting. when Recruiting look for certain traits. skill is one thing to look at. they don't have to be godly. they just have to shoot in the right directions and not try to stop bullets with their face. rank doesn't matter that but just remember that low ranks might need help. finally personality, get to know the person you are about to recruit. find out things like age where their from, you know just talk to them for a bit before you recruit them. don't just recruit them because of their score.

Training
make sure your team is up to par.  train with your team, run drills. remember the more you train the better you look as a division

Forums
forums a important part of a division lead job do to the fact that it give a accurate report of how well you are doing. each division lead is given their own spot in the forums. so keep your forums active and that would help you to receive promotions.

Keep gens informed
let us know how thing are going like if you feel some one deserves promotion/demotion. if you would like to try something new with your division. if you have a problem you can fix with word then let one the gen know.
